VED TATTVA AYURVEDA Full moon day A2 cow ghee is made on the auspicious full moon day, from forest grazing amruth mahal cows from chikmagalur distict of karnataka.These cows are taken to forest/ hill areas in the morning for grazing and they comes back at evening.The average walking distance per cow per day is 10km.The natural grazing in the herbal rich western ghats forests makes their milk,dung and urine rich in medicinal value.Average milk yield per cow is 1L per day.There is no additional feed/antibiotics/medicines are given to these cows to increase milk production.The milk is converted to curd,curd is churned at early morning to take out the butter.The Butter is then converted to ghee in a brass vessel by slow boiling on the auspicious full moon day.
Our Ghee is prepared on the auspicious Full Moon day from the Ahimsa milk obtained from mountain breed “AMRUTH MAHAL” cows.
Our cows are called as “Kadu Dhana” in kannada which means wild cows.They goes to the nearby mountain/hill/forest areas for grazing.No additional feed is given for increasing the milk.
They graze with great freedom and happy.Cows are milked only after fully satisfying the calf.
No antibiotics or hormonal feed is given to them.As these cows are native to that place, they hardly fall sick.
As they graze freely in the herbal rich western ghats, all the by products including the milk is very nutritional and healthy
