Vedic Bilona Process

Gir Amritphal A2 Desi Gir Cow Ghee is processed using the traditional- 3,000-year-old Vedic-Bilona method, which requires 30 Litres of Milk to make just 1 Litre of desi A2 ghee! We use whole milk curd set in a mud pot and not cream, to prepare pure A2 desi ghee, and butter is separated from the curdled milk using a bilona, and this butter is heated to prepare nutritious Desi A2 Cow Ghee.

The cooking is slower and wood-fired in a brass vessel. A slower flame retains most of the nutrients in pure A2 desi ghee in contrast to higher temperatures.

Organic Vedic Fodder

Gir Amritphal A2 desi ghee is chemical-free, has zero-adulteration, and is pure to the highest standards. Our desi Gir cows feed on naturally cultivated fodder mixed with immunity-boosting herbs like Ashwagandha, Jeevanti, Shatavari, Shankpushpi, Tulsi, and Moringa. The fodder for cows is free from antibiotics, pesticides, and other harmful chemicals. Eating pure & ethical food is advisable for humans, and it holds for all living beings.

Our Farm

Close to Gurgaon in Haryana, our farms stretch across 400 acres of a beautiful piece of land where we have built a state-of-art home for our Desi Gir cows. In this home, we have made every effort to nurture our cows & keep them happy & healthy – just the way nature intended. In our spacious sheds, our cows enjoy all the luxuries. Special measures are in place to ensure sanitization & cleanliness. We believe that no mother should stay separate from her child. In our sheds, every cow lives right next to her calf.

PURE GIR COW A2 DESI GHEE. Gir Amritphal desi ghee is organic, nutritious, and pure. It is crafted in small batches with 100% A2 Gir Cow milk. Native Gir cows are known for producing high-quality A2 milk. Unlike regular milk, A2 milk contains protein which is nutritious and safer than milk with A1 protein.
VEDIC GAUPALAN. Our cows are fed nutritional vedic fodder which makes our desi A2 Gir cow ghee natural and organic. We take care of our Gir cows in the Vedic style and strictly follow Dohan, which means the mother cow’s milk is first reserved for their calf.
VEDIC PROCESS. Pure and premium A2 Gir cow milk is first turned into curd using a curd starter. The set curd is churned bi-directionally for hours at pre-dawn (Brahmamahurat) to obtain butter, using the ayurvedic Bilona method. The butter is then slow-cooked to get pure A2 Desi Ghee. 1 liter of Gir Amritphal A2 Desi Gir Cow Ghee requires 30 liters of Gir cow A2 milk.
FROM FARM TO FAMILY. Gir Amritphal A2 cow ghee contains no additives, no binders, no preservatives and no added colors. Our A2 desi Gir cow ghee is gluten-free and is beneficial for gut health as it is easy to digest. It is safe for most people with lactose sensitivities.
